Recipe for a Good Day


I have being trying this and works like Magic. Just start smiling as soon as you wake up, in some way its being grateful for the fact that you are alive and through that you attract some positive atmosphere. Then as you prepare for your day, have some uplifting music playing as u get ready. It helps to condition your mind to structure and attract things that will be of positive influence to your day wherever you find yourself.

A little work out the night before I realized can also keep you active and alert and makes it easy for you to wake up as soon as your alarm sounds. By the time you get to the Trotro you are in a good mood and will just be laughing no matter what happens.
