#10yearschallenge: are you growing or rotting?

Ten years ago I graduated from university. 2 years later I started TroTro Diaries and moved here. It was interesting to see all these taxis parked here. Initially about 10 of them were working, but were parked after a while.

Today as I lie here listening to the sound of the chisels, it inspired me to write (after a long break). From a quick glance one would be tempted to wonder: Wow! Who owns all these taxis? And there have been many people that come to use them for photoshoots. But in reality are they ‘taxis’?

Just like most of us our real lives are like just taking a quick glance. They appear as if they are taxis (all good) but in reality, they are just scraps looking like taxis. We had skills, talents and opportunities but unfortunately we did not build and improve on them over years and have either been lost or been rendered useless because of our ever changing world.

So my question to you this afternoon is: after all these years are you growing or you are rotting? And what are you going to do about it?
